It is imperative that communities on low incomes become financially literate in order to improve their quality of life. The welfare reform is looming and life for many will change from September.
In summer 2012, I decided to go to the heart of the community and make a film called Money’s Too Tight to Mention (above). This short film investigates practical tips for ordinary people to make their pound stretch further.
