Stop Smoking and Start Reaping the Benefits in One Hour

Addicted smokers can reap the benefits of quitting within an hour of ditching cigarettes, according to experts.
More than one million people in England are expected to quit smoking in the New Year, and according to Cancer Research UK one in eight smokers try to stop in the month of January.
Dr Otis Brawley, of the American Cancer Society, says those who do decide to give up their habit could see their heart and blood pressure drop after just 20 minutes.
