Why is Donald Trump Attacking President Obama?

Billionaire tycoon Donald Trump claims Barack Obama has a dodgy past and questions whether the US President was qualified to attend top universities Columbia and Harvard.

In recent weeks, Trump, who is preparing to run against Obama in next year’s election, has made several high-profile attacks on the President; accusing him of being a fraudulent pretender.

According to the Trump, Obama was not born on US soil, but in either Kenya or Indonesia; a claim which suggests his Presidency is illegitimate.

Even more bizarrely, the President has so far refused to show his birth certificate and disprove the claims.

After watching Trump’s interview below (recorded earlier this week), we were reminded of the plot of 1980s comedy Trading Places where street hustler Billy Ray Valentine mysteriously finds himself selling assets for a gang of white collar crooks.

Expect to hear much more about Billy Ray’s, Obama’s immigration status over the next few months.
