According to estate agent Ned Baring, the luxurious new building located at One Hyde Park in southwest London ‘…is the best residential development in the world.’

Prices range from £7m for a basic one-bedroom flat to £140m for a stunning penthouse and all residents have access to a wine cellar, gym, swimming pool and services from a five-star hotel located next door.
